Key Responsibilities
• Plan and deliver engaging and challenging Science lessons across the curriculum.
• Assess, monitor, and report on student progress, providing constructive feedback.
• Foster a stimulating and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning.
• Contribute to the ongoing development of the Science department's curriculum and resources.
• Participate in extracurricular activities and school events that enhance student experience.
• Maintain high standards of classroom management and student welfare.
About You
• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a relevant degree in a Science subject.
• Possess a genuine passion for Science and a commitment to inspiring young people.
• Demonstrate excellent classroom practice and effective behaviour management strategies.
• Be an ECT seeking a supportive environment for professional growth, or an experienced teacher ready for a new challenge.
• Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills, working collaboratively with colleagues.
• Committed to continuous professional development and contributing positively to school life.
