Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and inclusive lessons across adapted curriculum areas.
* Adapt teaching methods to meet the individual learning styles and needs of students with SEN.
* Maintain a positive and nurturing classroom environment conducive to effective learning.
* Collaborate effectively with support staff to maximise student engagement and progress.
* Uphold the school's commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all pupils.
* Provide consistent support, stepping into various classroom settings as required.
About You
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent is essential.
* Proven experience working with secondary-aged students in specialist SEN environments.
* A genuine passion for supporting the educational development of young people with special educational needs.
* Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to differentiate instruction effectively.
* Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in varying classroom settings on a supply basis.
* Strong communication skills, capable of building rapport with students, staff, and parents.
