Key Responsibilities
* Design and deliver engaging Design Technology lessons across all key stages.
* Cultivate a stimulating classroom environment that encourages practical exploration and critical thinking.
* Assess student progress effectively, providing constructive feedback for continuous improvement.
* Maintain a safe and organised workshop, adhering to all health and safety guidelines.
* Contribute proactively to the development of the DT curriculum and departmental initiatives.
* Support students in developing their design process from concept to realisation.

About You
* You hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent relevant teaching qualification.
* You possess a genuine passion for Design Technology and its potential to inspire young minds.
* Your classroom management skills are excellent, fostering a positive and productive learning atmosphere.
* You are dedicated to ensuring every student achieves their full potential in DT.
* You demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills, collaborating effectively with colleagues.
* You are adaptable and committed to continuous professional development within your field.
