Key Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality, inspiring lessons across diverse primary year groups.
* Effectively manage classroom behaviour to foster a positive learning atmosphere.
* Adapt teaching strategies to meet the varying needs of pupils from EYFS to KS2.
* Collaborate constructively with colleagues to support the school’s educational goals.
* Assess pupil understanding and provide constructive feedback to aid their progress.
* Contribute actively to the broader life and ethos of the school community.
About You
* You possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) relevant for the primary phase.
* Demonstrable experience teaching across EYFS, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2 is essential.
* A flexible and adaptable approach to covering different classes and subjects is required.
* You exhibit excellent communication skills, building strong rapport with pupils and staff.
* Your classroom management techniques are consistently effective and supportive.
