About You
• Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or be an Early Career Teacher (ECT) seeking a supportive start to your career.
• Demonstrate a profound passion for English language and literature, capable of inspiring learners of all abilities.
• Exhibit excellent classroom management skills, fostering a productive and respectful learning atmosphere.
• Hold strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective engagement with students, staff, and parents.
