Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and effective lessons across EYFS, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2, maintaining high standards of teaching and learning.
* Plan and prepare stimulating educational activities that cater to the diverse needs and abilities of pupils in various classes.
* Collaborate effectively with class teachers to ensure seamless curriculum continuity and progress monitoring.
* Create a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom atmosphere that encourages pupil participation and development.
* Assess pupil progress informally and provide constructive feedback to support their ongoing educational journey.
* Uphold the school's values and behavioural expectations, contributing to a harmonious learning community.
About You
* Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a strong understanding of the UK Primary National Curriculum.
* Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability when teaching across different year groups and subjects within the primary phase.
* Exhibit a genuine passion for education and a commitment to nurturing every child's potential.
* Possess excellent classroom management skills, ensuring a productive and respectful learning environment.
