Key Responsibilities
* Deliver pre-planned lessons effectively across various secondary subjects.
* Maintain a positive and productive learning environment for all pupils.
* Ensure classroom management is consistently high, adhering to school policies.
* Provide support to pupils, responding to questions and facilitating understanding.
* Collaborate with school staff to ensure smooth transitions and handover of information.
* Uphold the school's commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil welfare.
About You
* Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or significant experience as a Cover Supervisor in UK secondary schools.
* Demonstrate excellent classroom management and behaviour management skills.
* Exhibit strong adaptability and a proactive approach to new teaching environments.
* Be passionate about fostering a supportive and engaging learning atmosphere.
* Hold a valid Enhanced DBS on the update service, or be willing to apply for one.
* Have a profound commitment to pupil safeguarding and welfare.
