Key Responsibilities
• Plan and deliver engaging and challenging Physics lessons across various key stages.
• Develop and implement a dynamic curriculum that fosters curiosity and critical thinking.
• Assess pupil progress effectively, providing constructive feedback and targeted support.
• Contribute to the continuous development of resources and teaching strategies within the science department.
• Maintain a stimulating and safe learning environment where all pupils can thrive.
• Participate in extracurricular activities and wider school life, enriching the pupil experience.

About You
• Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a relevant degree in Physics or a related scientific discipline.
• Demonstrate a strong passion for your subject and the ability to convey complex ideas clearly.
• Exhibit a commitment to fostering high academic standards and nurturing pupil potential.
• Have experience teaching Physics across the secondary age range, with a desirable specialism in Chemistry.
• Be an excellent communicator, capable of building positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues.
• Possess a proactive and adaptable approach to teaching and professional development.
