About the Role

Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver engaging Physics lessons to secondary students across all key stages.
* Assess student progress effectively, providing timely and constructive feedback.
* Contribute to the continuous development of an innovative Science curriculum.
* Foster a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment for all young people.
* Participate actively in departmental meetings and wider school initiatives.
* Maintain accurate records of student attendance, achievement, and behaviour.

About You
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
* Possess a strong academic background in Physics or a closely related science discipline.
* Demonstrate an unwavering passion for inspiring young minds in science education.
* Be adept at teaching Physics across the full secondary age range, including Key Stage 3, Key Stage 4, and Key Stage 5.
* Show commitment to continuous professional development and personal growth.
* Exhibit excellent classroom management and communication skills with both pupils and colleagues.
