Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and effective Chemistry lessons across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5.
* Plan and prepare comprehensive schemes of work and lesson materials that challenge and support all learners.
* Assess, monitor, record, and report on the progress and attainment of students regularly.
* Foster a positive and stimulating learning environment that encourages curiosity and scientific inquiry.
* Contribute actively to the development and success of the Science department.
* Participate in extracurricular activities and school events to enrich student experience.
About You
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a relevant degree in Chemistry or a closely related scientific field.
* Possess a proven ability to teach Chemistry effectively to a diverse range of secondary students.
* Demonstrate a genuine passion for science education and a commitment to continuous professional development.
* Exhibit excellent classroom management skills, maintaining a positive and productive learning atmosphere.
