Key Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality French and Spanish lessons across the secondary key stages.
* Design and implement creative schemes of work that captivate learners.
* Assess pupil progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to foster continuous improvement.
* Maintain a stimulating and well-managed classroom environment conducive to effective learning.
* Contribute to the broader life of the school community, possibly through language clubs or cultural events.
* Collaborate effectively with department colleagues to share best practices and resources.
About You
* You hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and possess a relevant degree in French, Spanish, or a related linguistic field.
* You demonstrate a genuine passion for languages and a desire to share this enthusiasm with young people.
* You are adept at teaching both French and Spanish to secondary pupils, ideally across all key stages.
* You possess excellent classroom management skills, ensuring a positive and productive learning atmosphere.
* You are committed to continuous professional development and reflective teaching practice.
