Key Responsibilities
* Deliver targeted interventions under teacher guidance to support pupil progress.
* Support pupils with special educational needs, adapting approaches as required.
* Assist in the preparation and organisation of learning materials and classroom displays.
* Supervise pupils during learning activities, break times, and excursions, ensuring their safety and engagement.
* Promote positive behaviour and social development among all young learners.
* Provide general classroom support to the class teacher, contributing to an effective learning atmosphere.
About You
* Possess a Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification, or equivalent relevant experience.
* Demonstrate experience working with primary-aged children in an educational setting.
* Exhibit a genuine passion for supporting children's development and learning.
* Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building rapport with pupils and staff.
* Be proactive, adaptable, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
* Show a commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all pupils.
