Key Responsibilities
* Support children's learning and development across all areas of the EYFS curriculum.
* Assist the class teacher in preparing and delivering engaging, age-appropriate activities.
* Provide invaluable one-to-one and small group support, including for pupils with Special Educational Needs.
* Foster a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment that encourages exploration and growth.
* Observe and accurately record children's progress, contributing effectively to assessment records.
* Cultivate positive and professional relationships with pupils, staff, and parents/carers.
About You
* Possess relevant experience working within an Early Years Foundation Stage setting.
* Demonstrate a genuine passion for supporting young children's learning and overall wellbeing.
* Have a strong understanding of the EYFS framework and early child development principles.
* Be adept at building positive rapport with children, colleagues, and their families.
* Show initiative, adaptability, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
