Key Responsibilities
* Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality Maths lessons to secondary school pupils.
* Assess, record, and report on the development, progress, and attainment of students.
* Contribute effectively to the development and implementation of the Maths curriculum.
* Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel valued and challenged.
* Participate in departmental meetings and wider school activities.
* Undertake a share of the pastoral duties within the school, promoting student well-being.
About You
* You hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and possess a strong academic background in Mathematics.
* You are an Early Career Teacher (ECT) eager to begin your journey, or an experienced educator at MPS/UPS looking for a new challenge.
* You demonstrate a genuine passion for your subject and a commitment to inspiring young people.
* You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building rapport with students and colleagues alike.
* You are dedicated to continuous professional development and reflective teaching practice.
* You are adept at utilising various teaching strategies to cater to diverse learning styles and abilities.
