Key Responsibilities
• Plan and deliver engaging English lessons that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities.
• Assess student progress regularly, providing constructive feedback to foster continuous improvement.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere where every student feels valued and encouraged to participate.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of a dynamic English curriculum.
• Participate in departmental meetings and wider school initiatives, supporting the collective educational vision.
• Nurture students' critical thinking, creativity, and communication skills through a rich literary experience.

About You
• You possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant experience teaching English at secondary level (ECTs are warmly encouraged to apply).
• An enthusiastic and passionate educator with a deep understanding of the English curriculum.
• Committed to fostering a supportive and challenging learning environment for all students.
• An excellent communicator, capable of building strong relationships with students, colleagues, and parents.
• Adaptable, resilient, and dedicated to continuous professional development.
• Equipped to teach across all key stages, inspiring a lifelong appreciation for English language and literature.
