This crucial role involves planning and delivering targeted support programmes designed to unlock each child's full potential, available on a Long Term, Daily Supply, Short Term, or Permanent basis. You will be instrumental in fostering a love for learning and boosting academic attainment for children who require additional tailored assistance.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and implement bespoke intervention strategies to address specific learning needs.
* Monitor and meticulously assess pupil progress, adapting approaches as necessary.
* Collaborate closely with class teachers and senior leadership to ensure integrated support.
* Cultivate a nurturing, positive, and encouraging learning environment for all pupils.
* Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of pupil achievement and intervention impact.
* Provide constructive feedback to pupils, celebrating their successes and guiding their development.
About You
* You hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
* You possess demonstrable experience delivering successful interventions across primary phases.
* You exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering strong relationships.
* You are adaptable, resilient, and passionate about supporting individual learning journeys.
* You are committed to fostering a positive and inclusive educational setting for every child.
* You are available for an ASAP start, earning a competitive salary of £150 - £180 per day.
