This opportunity offers an immediate start, with contract options ranging from daily supply to long-term and permanent positions, providing a competitive daily rate between £95 and £120.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide targeted support and guidance to secondary pupils with SEMH needs.
* Assist in the successful implementation of individualised learning plans and strategies.
* Promote positive coping mechanisms and encourage emotional self-regulation among pupils.
* Work proactively to re-engage pupils with their academic studies and classroom activities.
* Collaborate effectively with teaching staff, parents, and external professionals to ensure holistic support.
* Contribute positively to maintaining a safe, inclusive, and stimulating educational environment.
About You
* You possess a genuine passion for making a profound difference in the lives of young people with SEMH.
* Demonstrable experience supporting secondary-aged pupils, particularly within an SEN context, is essential.
