About the Role
A respected school is seeking a dedicated PPA Teacher to join their vibrant team immediately, offering an exceptional opportunity to positively impact learning across Early Years Foundation Stage, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2. This role involves delivering engaging and high-quality lessons, ensuring continuity of learning during PPA time, and contributing to a supportive educational environment. We are looking for a versatile educator eager to embrace a varied timetable and contribute to the holistic development of pupils, with flexible contract options available to suit the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and effective lessons across EYFS, KS1, and KS2 during PPA cover.
* Maintain a positive and productive classroom environment, fostering pupil engagement.
* Adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse learning needs of all pupils.
* Collaborate effectively with year group teams and support staff.
* Assess pupil progress informally, providing feedback to class teachers.
* Ensure all school policies and procedures are consistently upheld.

About You
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant experience in primary education.
* Possess a genuine passion for fostering children's academic and personal growth.
* Demonstrate excellent classroom management skills and adaptability across year groups.
* Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal abilities, working effectively with colleagues.
* Show commitment to continuous professional development and reflective practice.
* Are enthusiastic about contributing positively to a whole-school community.
