Key Responsibilities

* Implement effective assessment strategies to monitor pupil progress and adapt teaching methodologies accordingly.
* Collaborate constructively with colleagues, parents, and the wider school community to enhance the learning journey for all children.

* Manage classroom behaviour effectively, promoting respect and a positive learning atmosphere.
About You
* You possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and have a demonstrable passion for Key Stage 1 education.
* You are an Early Career Teacher (ECT) eager to embark on a fulfilling journey, or an experienced practitioner (MPS/UPS) seeking a new challenge.
* You exhibit excellent classroom management skills and can inspire a love of learning in young children.
