We are seeking a dedicated EYFS Teaching Assistant to join an innovative school, commencing as soon as possible. This rewarding role involves providing essential support to young learners within the Early Years Foundation Stage, fostering their initial steps in education. You will play a crucial part in creating a stimulating and nurturing environment, contributing to the holistic development of every child. Opportunities are available across various contract lengths, offering flexibility to suit your career aspirations, with a competitive daily rate of £95 - £110.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist the class teacher in planning and delivering engaging activities tailored to the EYFS curriculum.
* Provide one-on-one and small group support to children, nurturing their social, emotional, and academic growth.
* Help to create a vibrant, stimulating, and safe learning environment where every child feels valued.
* Support children with diverse learning needs, implementing strategies to ensure inclusive participation.
* Observe and assess children's progress, feeding back effectively to the class teacher.
* Promote positive behaviour and independence amongst all pupils.

* You possess demonstrable experience working with children within an Early Years Foundation
