About the Role

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and deliver engaging and stimulating Science lessons across all key stages.
• Design and implement effective assessment strategies to monitor pupil progress and attainment.
• Cultivate a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere where every student feels valued and motivated.
• Contribute actively to the ongoing development and enhancement of the Science curriculum.
• Collaborate effectively with departmental colleagues to share best practices and resources.
• Participate fully in wider school life, supporting extracurricular activities and pupil enrichment.

About You
• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a relevant degree in a Science discipline.
• Possess a proven track record of teaching Science successfully at secondary level.
• Demonstrate an unwavering passion for your subject and the ability to convey this enthusiasm to pupils.
• Exhibit excellent classroom management skills and an adaptable teaching style.
• Show a commitment to continuous professional development and reflective practice.
• Possess the ability to inspire, challenge, and support pupils from diverse backgrounds.
