About the Role
A flourishing private day nursery is actively seeking a passionate Nursery Assistant to enrich its dedicated early years team. This vital role involves supporting the creation of a stimulating and nurturing environment where young children can thrive and develop. You will play a key part in the daily routines and educational activities for pre-schoolers. We are looking for an individual who can commit to a range of contract options, from daily supply and short-term assignments to long-term or even a permanent position, with an immediate start highly valued. A competitive daily rate of £95 - £110 is offered, reflecting your valuable contribution.

Key Responsibilities
* Assist in the planning and delivery of engaging play-based learning activities.
* Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in the nursery at all times.
* Support children with their personal care routines, including feeding and changing.
* Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
* Contribute to maintaining a clean, tidy, and organised nursery environment.
* Observe and provide feedback on children's development and progress.

About You
* Possess a genuine passion for working with young children and their development.
* Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Hold relevant experience supporting children in an early years setting.
* Be reliable, proactive, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
* Show a commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
* Exhibit a patient, calm, and adaptable approach to daily challenges.
