About the Role
Within a inclusive school, an exciting opportunity awaits a dedicated MFL Teacher specialising in French and Spanish to join a vibrant and supportive faculty. This permanent, long-term position, starting in September or sooner, invites a passionate educator to inspire secondary pupils in their linguistic journey and cultural understanding, contributing positively to our school community's rich learning environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Deliver engaging and effective French and Spanish lessons across the secondary curriculum.
• Develop and implement creative schemes of work that foster a love for languages.
• Assess pupil progress regularly, providing constructive feedback to support their development.
• Maintain a stimulating and well-organised learning environment within the classroom.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the MFL curriculum and share best practices.
• Participate actively in departmental meetings and wider school activities.

About You
• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant academic qualifications in French and Spanish.
• Possess a genuine passion for modern foreign languages and their cultural significance.
• Demonstrate excellent classroom management skills and the ability to inspire pupils.
• Be committed to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning atmosphere for all.
• Exhibit strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
• Have experience teaching MFL at the secondary level, welcoming applications from ECTs to UPS.
