Key Responsibilities
* Design and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons that challenge and inspire Key Stage 1 pupils across the curriculum.
* Foster a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment where every child feels valued and encouraged to achieve their potential.
* Assess pupil progress effectively, providing constructive feedback and adapting teaching strategies to meet diverse learning needs.
* Collaborate proactively with colleagues, parents, and the wider school community to support holistic child development.
* Uphold the highest standards of safeguarding and welfare for all children within your care.
* Contribute positively to the school's ethos, actively participating in wider school life and initiatives.

About You
* You hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and possess a genuine passion for Key Stage 1 education.
* You demonstrate exceptional classroom management skills, ensuring a positive and productive learning atmosphere.
* You exhibit a strong understanding of the Key Stage 1 curriculum and effective pedagogical approaches.
* You are adept at differentiating instruction to cater for a range of abilities and learning styles.
* You show a commitment to continuous professional development and contributing to a collaborative school culture.
* ECTs are warmly encouraged to apply, alongside experienced teachers looking for their next challenge.
