Key Responsibilities
* Provide effective classroom support under the direction of the class teacher.
* Assist in the planning and delivery of engaging educational activities.
* Implement individual education plans (IEPs) for pupils with special educational needs.
* Foster a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere for all children.
* Support pupils with their social, emotional, and behavioural development.
* Collaborate closely with teaching staff to monitor and report on pupil progress.
About You
* Hold a recognised Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification.
* Possess demonstrable experience working with Primary-aged pupils in a school setting.
* Show a genuine enthusiasm for supporting children's learning and development.
* Exhibit excellent communication and teamwork capabilities.
* Be adaptable and proactive in responding to diverse classroom needs.
