About the Role
This role offers a flexible and impactful opportunity to support secondary education within flourishing schools located in the Wokingham area of Berkshire. We are seeking a dedicated Secondary Supply Teacher to provide essential cover across a diverse range of subjects. You will deliver engaging lessons, manage classroom dynamics effectively, and ensure continuity of learning for pupils on a daily, short-term, or long-term basis, with potential for permanent roles. This position is ideal for an educator seeking varied experiences and a daily rate between £145 and £160, commencing as soon as possible.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver pre-planned lessons across various secondary subjects to maintain educational standards.
* Effectively manage classroom behaviour, fostering a positive and productive learning environment for all pupils.
* Ensure the safety and well-being of pupils at all times, adhering to school policies.
* Adapt teaching methods to suit diverse learning styles and individual pupil needs.
* Collaborate professionally with school staff, including department heads and fellow teachers.
* Maintain accurate attendance records and provide constructive feedback to relevant staff as required.

About You
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent, suitable for teaching in UK secondary schools.
* Possess a strong passion for education and a commitment to inspiring young learners.
* Demonstrate excellent classroom management skills and the ability to engage pupils effectively.
* Be highly adaptable and resilient, comfortable working in various school settings and with different age groups.
* Exhibit superb communication and interpersonal abilities, fostering positive relationships with pupils and staff.
* Be available to start work as soon as possible, with flexibility for daily, short, or long-term assignments.
