About the Role
This exciting opportunity is for a dedicated Primary Supply Teacher to support a network of forward-thinking schools across the Newbury area. You will be instrumental in maintaining educational continuity and delivering engaging lessons on an immediate start basis. This flexible role offers a variety of assignments, from daily supply to longer-term placements, providing valuable cover across all primary phases. Your daily rate will be between £145 and £160, reflecting your expertise and commitment to fostering a positive learning environment for young pupils.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver pre-planned lessons with enthusiasm and clarity across various primary year groups.
* Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere where all pupils feel valued.
* Effectively manage pupil behaviour in line with individual school policies and expectations.
* Mark completed work and provide constructive feedback where appropriate.
* Maintain clear communication with teaching assistants and other support staff.
* Ensure the safeguarding and well-being of all pupils at all times.

About You
* You possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant UK primary teaching experience.
* You are highly adaptable and comfortable working in diverse school settings.
* Your classroom management skills are exceptional, ensuring a productive learning environment.
* You demonstrate a genuine passion for nurturing young minds and promoting academic progress.
* You are an excellent communicator, able to build rapport quickly with pupils and colleagues.
* You are reliable, punctual, and committed to upholding professional standards.
