Key Responsibilities
• Plan and deliver engaging lessons in French and Spanish across the secondary curriculum.
• Foster a stimulating learning environment that encourages student participation and progress.
• Assess, monitor, and report on student attainment and development effectively.
• Contribute to the ongoing development of the MFL curriculum and resources.
• Participate in departmental meetings and wider school activities.
• Uphold the school's commitment to high educational standards and student welfare.
About You
• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and possess a relevant degree in French, Spanish, or a related field.
• Demonstrate a strong passion for languages and a desire to inspire students.
• Possess excellent subject knowledge in both French and Spanish.
• Be an Early Career Teacher (ECT) eager to begin your journey, or an experienced practitioner (MPS/UPS) ready for a new challenge.
• Exhibit strong classroom management skills and the ability to create an inclusive learning space.
• Show a commitment to continuous professional development and reflective practice.
