About the Role
We are collaborating with a inclusive school, seeking dedicated Teaching Assistants to provide invaluable support across their vibrant primary phase. This is an exciting opportunity for passionate individuals to contribute to a thriving learning environment, with a range of flexible contract options available, from immediate daily supply and short-term placements to long-term and permanent positions. You will play a crucial part in fostering an engaging and supportive atmosphere for all pupils, ensuring every child has the chance to flourish. The daily rate for this essential role ranges from £95 to £110, reflecting your commitment and expertise.

Key Responsibilities
* Support individual pupils and small groups with their learning across the primary curriculum.
* Assist the class teacher in preparing and delivering engaging educational activities.
* Contribute to the creation of a stimulating and organised classroom environment.
* Promote positive behaviour and encourage pupil independence and self-esteem.
* Provide targeted support for pupils with Special Educational Needs, adapting resources as required.
* Help maintain accurate pupil records and contribute to assessment processes.

About You
* You possess a genuine passion for nurturing the development of young learners.
* Previous experience working with children in an educational setting is highly desirable.
* You demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building strong relationships with pupils and staff.
* A collaborative team player, you are eager to contribute positively to a school community.
* You show initiative and adaptability, responding effectively to the diverse needs of primary-aged children.
* An understanding of safeguarding procedures and a commitment to pupil welfare is paramount.
