You will play a crucial part in fostering a positive learning environment, assisting with behaviour support, developing emotional regulation strategies, and facilitating successful reintegration into academic activities. We are welcoming applications for a variety of contract options, including long-term, short-term, daily supply, and permanent roles, offering competitive daily rates for immediate starts.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide tailored one-to-one and small group support to secondary pupils with SEMH needs.
* Assist in the implementation of personalised behaviour management plans effectively.
* Foster the development of pupils' emotional regulation strategies and coping mechanisms.
* Support pupils in their successful reintegration into the wider school community and learning activities.
* Collaborate closely with class teachers and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to pupil welfare.
* Contribute to creating a nurturing and inclusive environment where every pupil feels valued and understood.
About You
* You possess a genuine passion for supporting young people with SEMH needs in a secondary setting.
