Key Responsibilities

• Assess pupil progress effectively, providing constructive feedback to support learning.
• Maintain a stimulating and safe classroom environment conducive to scientific exploration.
• Collaborate with department colleagues to develop innovative curriculum materials.
• Contribute to extra-curricular activities, enhancing pupils' overall school experience.
• Uphold the school's high standards for behaviour and academic achievement.

About You
• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and possess a degree in a relevant Science discipline.
• Demonstrate a genuine passion for Science and the ability to inspire pupils.
• Possess excellent classroom management skills and a commitment to pupil welfare.
• Be adaptable, resilient, and eager to contribute to a collaborative department.
• Show a commitment to continuous professional development and reflective practice.
• Be an excellent communicator, capable of building positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues.
