Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and effective French and Spanish lessons to secondary pupils across all abilities.
* Develop comprehensive schemes of work and lesson plans that ignite curiosity and achieve excellent learning outcomes.
* Regularly assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their continuous development.
* Actively contribute to the collaborative spirit and curriculum enhancement within the MFL department.
* Cultivate a stimulating and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel encouraged to explore new languages.
* Participate in wider school activities, promoting languages and cultural appreciation throughout the school community.
About You
* You hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or are an Early Career Teacher (ECT) eager to complete your induction.
