About You
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant teaching qualifications.
* Possess demonstrable experience teaching pupils with complex Special Educational Needs at secondary level.
* Exhibit a genuine passion for inclusive education and fostering pupil independence.
* Demonstrate excellent classroom management skills within a specialist setting.
* Show a flexible and adaptable approach to teaching, responding effectively to diverse learning styles.
