About the Role
A dedicated school is seeking an enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join their vibrant primary environment. This essential role focuses on providing tailored support to pupils with a diverse range of Special Educational Needs, ensuring every child can thrive and achieve their full potential. You will play a crucial part in creating an inclusive and nurturing learning atmosphere, making a tangible difference to pupils' educational journeys. We are looking for someone available to start immediately, with contract options ranging from long-term to permanent, offering a salary of £95 - £110 per day.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide targeted one-to-one and small group support to pupils with SEN, assisting with their academic and social development.
* Adapt learning materials and activities to meet individual pupil needs, promoting engagement and accessibility.
* Observe and record pupil progress, contributing to assessment and the review of support plans.
* Implement effective strategies for positive behaviour management, creating a calm and productive classroom atmosphere.
* Collaborate closely with class teachers, parents, and external professionals to ensure a holistic approach to pupil support.
* Encourage pupils' independence and self-confidence, helping them develop essential life skills.
