This is an exceptional opportunity for a dedicated SEN Supply Teacher to join a respected school in Buckinghamshire, within the South East region. You will provide essential day-to-day and short-term cover in specialist primary SEN provisions, supporting pupils with diverse and varying needs. This role offers the chance to gain valuable experience across different SEN settings and contribute meaningfully to pupil development.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons tailored to individual pupil needs.
* Provide comprehensive support to pupils with a wide range of Special Educational Needs.
* Collaborate effectively with support staff to create a positive learning environment.
* Adapt teaching strategies and resources to ensure accessibility for all pupils.
* Manage classroom behaviour positively, fostering an inclusive atmosphere.
* Uphold the school's commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil welfare.
About You
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and possess experience working with primary-aged pupils with SEN.
* Demonstrate a genuine passion for supporting the educational journey of pupils with diverse needs.
* Possess excellent classroom management skills and the ability to inspire young learners.
* Show strong adaptability, thriving in various educational settings and provisions.
* Committed to continuous professional development and best practice in SEN education.
* Available for daily supply and short-term assignments, starting as soon as possible.
