Key Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality, inspiring lessons that captivate pupils across diverse primary age ranges.
* Efficiently adapt and implement existing schemes of work to suit varying class needs and learning styles.
* Accurately assess pupil understanding, providing constructive feedback to support individual progress.
* Cultivate a stimulating and inclusive classroom atmosphere where every child feels valued and encouraged.
* Collaborate effectively with phase leaders and support staff to ensure a cohesive educational experience.
* Proactively manage classroom dynamics, fostering positive behaviour and engagement at all times.
About You
* Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and demonstrable experience within UK primary education.
* Exhibit a proven track record of successfully teaching across EYFS, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2.
* Display outstanding classroom management strategies, ensuring a productive and respectful learning environment.
* Demonstrate exceptional adaptability
