Key Responsibilities
* Provide tailored one-to-one and small group support to primary pupils with a range of special educational needs.
* Assist the class teacher in planning and delivering engaging, differentiated activities.
* Foster a stimulating and accessible learning environment that promotes independence and confidence.
* Collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and external professionals to monitor pupil progress and well-being.
* Implement strategies to encourage positive behaviour and social interactions among pupils.
* Prepare and adapt learning resources to meet the specific requirements of individual pupils.

About You
* You possess proven experience working with primary-aged children, particularly those with special educational needs.
* A genuine passion for supporting the development and achievement of every child is essential.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills enable you to build strong relationships with pupils, colleagues, and families.
* You demonstrate patience, empathy, and a nurturing approach in all your interactions.
* The ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a dedicated team is crucial.
* You are proactive, adaptable, and committed to continuous professional growth within an educational setting.
