We are seeking a versatile and dedicated Secondary Supply Teacher or Cover Supervisor to provide invaluable support on a long-term, short-term, daily, or even permanent basis starting immediately. You will be instrumental in ensuring continuity of learning for pupils across a range of subjects, maintaining a positive and productive classroom atmosphere in mainstream secondary schools throughout the West Midlands region. This engaging role offers a competitive daily rate of £145 to £160, providing flexibility and diverse experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver pre-prepared lessons effectively, ensuring clear learning objectives are met.
* Supervise pupils and maintain excellent behaviour management in line with school policies.
* Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment where all pupils feel valued.
* Respond proactively to pupil questions and provide appropriate academic assistance.
* Ensure the safety and well-being of all pupils under your care at all times.
* Communicate any significant issues or concerns to the relevant school staff promptly.
About You
* Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or demonstrable experience as a Cover Supervisor within secondary education.
* Exhibit strong classroom management abilities, maintaining discipline and engagement effortlessly.
* Demonstrate adaptability and resilience, thriving in varied school environments.
