Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and effective Physics lessons across the secondary key stages.
* Plan and prepare stimulating schemes of work that challenge and inspire students.
* Assess, record, and report on the development, progress, and attainment of students.
* Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel supported.
* Contribute to the ongoing development of the Science curriculum and departmental initiatives.
* Participate in extracurricular activities and school events to enrich student experience.

About You
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a relevant degree in Physics or a related scientific discipline.
* Possess a genuine passion for Physics and the ability to convey its excitement to young people.
* Demonstrate excellent classroom management skills and a commitment to high standards of teaching and learning.
* Be adept at differentiating instruction to meet the diverse needs of all learners.
* Show a dedication to continuous professional development and contributing to a collaborative team.
* Exhibit a strong commitment to student welfare and fostering an inclusive educational experience.
