Key Responsibilities
* Develop and deliver high-quality, inspiring English lessons for secondary students.
* Assess, monitor, and report on student progress, providing constructive feedback.
* Contribute to the ongoing development of the English curriculum.
* Maintain a positive and engaging classroom environment that encourages learning.
* Participate actively in departmental meetings and wider school activities.
* Foster a strong sense of community and mutual respect among students.

About You
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
* Possess a strong academic background and a genuine passion for English language and literature.
* Demonstrate excellent classroom management and engaging teaching techniques.
* Be committed to continuous professional development and reflective practice.
* Have the ability to inspire and motivate students of all abilities to achieve their best.
* Be a collaborative team player with effective communication skills and a positive outlook.
