Key Responsibilities
* Develop and deliver engaging Physics lessons across key stages, catering to diverse learning needs.
* Assess student progress effectively, providing constructive feedback to support their development.
* Contribute actively to the ongoing evolution of the Science curriculum, especially within Physics.
* Cultivate a stimulating and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel encouraged to excel.
* Participate fully in departmental meetings, collaborating with colleagues to enhance teaching practices.
* Champion a genuine enthusiasm for scientific inquiry and discovery amongst pupils.
About You
* Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a relevant degree in Physics or a closely related scientific field.
* Demonstrate a profound passion for Physics and an ability to convey complex concepts clearly.
* Exhibit excellent classroom management skills, fostering a positive and productive learning atmosphere.
* Show commitment to continuous professional development and a willingness to embrace new teaching methodologies.
* Be an effective communicator, capable of building strong rapport with students, parents, and colleagues.
