About the Role
We are seeking a passionate EYFS Teaching Assistant to join a ambitious school, supporting our youngest learners from ASAP. This vital role offers flexibility across various contract types, including long-term, short-term, daily supply, and permanent positions, with a competitive daily rate ranging from £95 to £110. You will play a crucial part in shaping the early educational journey of our pupils within a supportive primary school environment.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide direct support to individual children and small groups within the Early Years Foundation Stage.
* Assist the class teacher in preparing and delivering engaging, age-appropriate learning activities.
* Help create a stimulating, safe, and nurturing environment that encourages exploration and discovery.
* Support children's personal, social, emotional, and physical development through play-based learning.
* Uphold all school policies and procedures, including those related to safeguarding and pupil well-being.

About You
* Demonstrable experience working with young children in an Early Years setting is essential.
* A genuine passion for fostering early childhood development and learning will be evident.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are vital for engaging with children, staff, and parents.
* Ability to work collaboratively as a valued member of a dedicated team is required.
* You should be proactive, adaptable, and enthusiastic with a positive approach to challenges.
* Relevant qualifications, such as a Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant or Early Years Educator certificate, are highly desirable.
