Key Responsibilities
• Design and deliver engaging Science lessons across key stages, catering to diverse learning needs.
• Foster an exciting and challenging learning environment that encourages curiosity and critical thinking.
• Assess pupil progress effectively, providing constructive feedback to support academic development.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and refine the Science curriculum, ensuring its continued relevance.
• Contribute positively to the wider school community and extracurricular Science initiatives.
• Maintain a well-organised and safe classroom, adhering to all school policies and procedures.

About You
• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and possess a strong degree in a Science-related discipline.
• Demonstrate a profound enthusiasm for Science and the ability to convey complex ideas clearly.
• Exhibit excellent classroom management skills, ensuring a productive and inclusive learning space.
• Possess a commitment to continuous professional development and personal growth.
• Have a proven track record of inspiring students to achieve their full potential in Science.
• Be an excellent communicator, capable of building positive relationships with pupils, parents, and staff.
