About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dedicated school in the East Midlands as a Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant. We are seeking a passionate individual to provide invaluable support across our primary phase, working with pupils on an individual basis, in small groups, and assisting the class teacher. This role offers flexible contract options, including long-term, daily supply, short-term, or permanent positions, with an immediate start available for the right candidate who is eager to make a significant difference to children's learning journeys.

Key Responsibilities
* Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
* Assist with the planning and preparation of learning resources.
* Provide tailored one-to-one and small group interventions to enhance pupil progress.
* Support pupils with special educational needs (SEN) to access the curriculum fully.
* Foster a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment for all children.
* Observe and report on pupil progress, contributing to assessment records.

About You
* You hold a Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.
* You possess previous experience working within a primary school setting.
* You demonstrate a genuine passion for supporting children's academic and personal development.
* You are proactive, adaptable, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
* You have a good understanding of various learning strategies and pupil support techniques.
* You are committed to promoting positive behaviour and fostering a safe environment.
