Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and challenging English lessons across various key stages.
* Plan, prepare, and assess stimulating schemes of work and individual lessons.
* Provide constructive feedback to pupils, monitoring their progress and attainment effectively.
* Contribute proactively to the ongoing development of the English curriculum.
* Participate fully in departmental meetings, school events, and wider community initiatives.
* Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere where every pupil can thrive.

About You
* You hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
* You possess a profound passion for English language, literature, and pedagogy.
* You demonstrate excellent classroom management and organisational skills.
* You are committed to your own continuous professional development and growth.
* You exhibit a collaborative approach, working effectively within a team.
* You inspire young people to achieve their full potential in English.
