About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dedicated school in Chesham, Buckinghamshire, as a valued Primary Teaching Assistant. We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to provide essential support across our primary phases, assisting pupils with their learning and development. This flexible role offers various contract options, including long-term, short-term, daily supply, and permanent positions, providing an excellent daily rate of £95 - £110. Your commitment will directly contribute to fostering a positive and inclusive educational environment for all children, starting as soon as possible.

Key Responsibilities
* Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
* Provide tailored assistance to pupils, including those with Special Educational Needs.
* Facilitate small group and one-to-one learning interventions to boost pupil progress.
* Foster a nurturing and inclusive classroom atmosphere where every child feels valued.
* Help prepare classroom resources and maintain an organised learning environment.
* Encourage positive behaviour and social development among primary aged children.

About You
* You possess a genuine passion for supporting children's educational journeys.
* You have prior experience working with primary-aged pupils, ideally within a school setting.
* Your communication skills are excellent, enabling effective interaction with staff, pupils, and parents.
* You demonstrate a patient, empathetic, and adaptable approach to different learning needs.
* You are proactive, resourceful, and eager to contribute positively to a school community.
* You are committed to continuous professional development and personal growth.
