Key Responsibilities
• Deliver engaging lessons across various secondary subjects following provided schemes of work.
• Maintain a positive and productive learning environment in the absence of the regular teacher.
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively, adhering to school policies and procedures.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all pupils under your supervision.
• Provide constructive feedback to students to support their progress where appropriate.
• Collaborate effectively with support staff and colleagues within each school.

About You
• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent secondary teaching qualification.
• Possesses a proven track record of successful classroom management across Key Stage 3 and 4.
• Demonstrates flexibility and adaptability to new environments and varying curricula.
• Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Committed to fostering a supportive and inclusive learning atmosphere.
• An organised professional capable of quickly understanding and implementing school policies.
