We are seeking an enthusiastic Reception Class Teacher to join a highly regarded school in the South East, starting as soon as possible. This pivotal role involves nurturing young minds within our mainstream primary phase, offering a chance to make a profound impact during a child's foundational learning journey. Key Responsibilities
* Design and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons that align with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.
* Create a stimulating, safe, and inclusive classroom environment where every child feels valued.
* Observe, assess, and record pupils' progress, providing constructive feedback to support their development.
* Collaborate effectively with teaching assistants, colleagues, and parents to ensure a holistic approach to learning.
* Uphold the highest standards of safeguarding and child protection at all times.
* Foster a genuine love for learning and curiosity in all children within your care.
About You
* You possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and have a strong understanding of EYFS principles.
* Candidates at all career stages, from Early Career Teachers (ECT) to those on the Main Pay Scale (MPS) or Upper Pay Scale (UPS), are warmly encouraged to apply.
* You demonstrate a passionate commitment to early childhood education and children's holistic development.
* An imaginative and creative approach to teaching and learning defines your professional practice.
* You are an excellent communicator, capable of building strong relationships with children, parents, and staff.
