Key Responsibilities
* Provide tailored assistance to primary pupils with Special Educational Needs, both individually and in small groups.
* Implement bespoke learning plans and strategies designed to meet specific pupil requirements.
* Foster a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning atmosphere for all children.
* Collaborate closely with class teachers, SENCOs, and external professionals to ensure holistic pupil development.
* Monitor and record pupil progress, providing clear and constructive feedback to teaching staff.
* Assist with classroom management, promoting positive behaviour and engagement among pupils.

* Proven experience supporting primary-aged pupils with a range of Special Educational Needs.
* A genuine passion for fostering the development and well-being of every child.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with pupils, staff, and parents.
