This vital role involves supporting secondary pupils with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs within a specialist provision. You will play a crucial part in helping pupils manage their behaviour, regulate emotions, and successfully reintegrate into learning environments. This opportunity offers flexible contract options, including long-term, short-term, daily supply, or permanent positions, with a competitive daily rate ranging from £95 to £120.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide tailored support to secondary pupils experiencing SEMH needs.
* Assist pupils in developing effective strategies for emotional regulation.
* Implement positive behaviour management techniques consistently.
* Facilitate the successful reintegration of pupils into their learning.
* Work collaboratively with teaching staff to support individual education plans.

About You
* You possess a genuine passion for supporting young people with SEMH needs.
* Previous experience working with secondary-aged pupils in a specialist or SEN setting is highly advantageous.
